CMG Workflow was founded in 2025 in Romania by a team that runs a marketing agency. We tried every CRM on the market — generic platforms that needed months of customization, enterprise tools that cost more than our clients paid us, and lightweight apps that couldn't handle multi-channel lead intake.

None of them understood how marketing agencies actually work. We juggle leads from Meta Ads, TikTok campaigns, Gmail inquiries, and WhatsApp conversations — often for dozens of clients simultaneously. We needed one place to capture, qualify, and convert all of those leads without switching between five different tabs.

So we built it ourselves. CMG Workflow started as an internal tool for our own agency, and it worked so well that other agencies started asking for access. Today, we serve marketing agencies across Europe who want to unify their lead management, automate qualification with AI, and stop losing leads to disorganized workflows.
