Request deletion of your personal data from CMG CRM

Your Privacy Matters

At CMG CRM, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to our service and wish to have your data deleted, you can submit a request using the form below.

What Data We Store

When you connect your Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account, we may store:

  • Your Facebook user ID and name
  • Connected Facebook Page information
  • Lead form submission data (name, email, phone) from your Lead Ads
  • Access tokens for API communication (encrypted)

Submit a Deletion Request

To request deletion of your data, please send an email to our privacy team with the following information:

Send your request to:

privacy@cmgcrm.com

Include in your request:

  • Your Facebook User ID (found in your Facebook settings)
  • The email address associated with your CMG CRM account
  • Your organization name (if applicable)
  • Confirmation that you want all data deleted

What Happens Next

Verification (1-2 business days)

We verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate

Data Deletion (within 30 days)

We delete all personal data associated with your account

Confirmation

We send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Already Have an Account?

If you have access to your CMG CRM account, you can disconnect Meta Ads directly from the settings:

  1. Log in to your CMG CRM account
  2. Navigate to the Leads page
  3. Click "Manage Pages" on the Meta Ads panel
  4. Click "Disconnect Meta Ads"

This will immediately revoke access and stop data collection. For complete deletion, also submit the email request above.
